Matt leads our Healthcare Finance & Operations Practice. He is an accomplished Executive Recruiter who utilizes his extensive industry knowledge to help other healthcare professionals achieve their organizational and career objectives.

Matt began recruiting in 2013 and quickly developed an aptitude for executive search, focusing on the placement of non-clinical leaders across the health continuum at the Director, VP, and C-Suite levels. He’s deeply immersed within this market and excels in collaborating with his clients to understand what classifies top talent for their organization. Matt is a firm believer in frank and honest dialogue to ensure strong relationships are maintained throughout the recruitment and selection process.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys the sunshine, live music, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
